Welcome back to this blog! This blog hasn't been used in years, but is now making a comeback as something entirely different than just a baking blog.
This is the blog of myself (Katie) and Emily (2 years old), and sometimes Dan.
This blog was kept around, mainly so I could look up some of my old recipes,
and knowing that one day it might be used again. Today is that day!
I have decided to use this space to post about adventures with my daughter through our current journey. I’d say, we are about 90% sure we will homeschool through her elementary years and beyond if it works for us.
But, we are definitely in that amazing, magical, and fun age of learning right now, so we are taking it day by day. We are doing fun things, mostly involving going places and playing.
Many adventures, cooking, and baking as well!
I’ll be posting it here if all goes as plans. I sometimes have trouble sticking with things, but I think this is a good creative outlet.
No filters, no editing, just real life, real us. Our tripod.

but I’m also ok with this just being a place to record our adventures.
